1. We offer free standard shipping on all eyeglasses orders. Additionally, orders over a certain amount qualify for a complimentary upgrade to express shipping.

2. Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays,  customs inspections,aircraft malfunction or natural disasters.

3. Due to ongoing compliance enhancements, all prescription orders originating from Singapore are hereby suspended until further notice.

1. Can I track my order?

Of course, you can! You can enter your order or tracking number on the order tracking page in link we send you by email. Tracking my order

2. How do you deal with shipment delays?

Sometimes, due to weather or customs inspections, etc., shipment delays can occur. Please don't worry, we will be responsible for any logistics issues and will not let our customers experience any loss. Under normal circumstances: If your order cannot be delivered within one month, we will re-make a new pair of glasses for you without any additional fees.

3. What does order status means?

 You can find more details about order status below

Paid: Thanks for shopping with us! Your order is in our system but not in production yet.

Processing: Your order is in production, and they will be ready to ship soon!

Ship to forwarder: Good news! Your order already departed our production center and on the way to forwarder (Like USPS or UPS, etc).

Shipped: Your order already arrived at forwarder's logistic center and a tracking number will be created, be sure to check your email or tracking status on Tracking page.
