1. What Kind Of Lenses Do You Provide?

At ZanyLen, we provide a comprehensive range of lenses tailored to your specific needs.

Whether you require blue light protection, polarized lenses for glare reduction, progressive lenses for multifocal correction, night driving lenses for enhanced visibility, or tinted lenses for outdoor comfort, we offer options that can be customized to various thicknesses and prescriptions.

Our commitment is to deliver lenses that optimize vision clarity and eye protection, ensuring you find the perfect fit for every occasion.

2. Can I Just Buy Lenses

Currently, We don't provide just lenses, because we don't know your frame shape.

3. Can I buy prescription sunglasses?

Sure! We provide both prescription and non-prescription sunglasses.

4. What is the difference between Standard Progressive and PRO Progressive lenses?

Standard Progressive lenses offer a comfortable, well-balanced design that provides clear vision at different distances with smooth power transitions. They are a reliable, high-value option for everyday wear. PRO Progressive lenses, on the other hand, are engineered with advanced ODP, 4K, and OMD technology to reduce visual distortion by up to 40%, offering wider visual fields, easier adaptation, and sharper clarity. If you’re looking for enhanced visual comfort and a more natural viewing experience throughout the day, the PRO Progressive lenses are the superior choice.

5. How are your lenses made?

Our lenses are produced using a fully automated German OPTOTECH optical system, ensuring high precision, clarity, scratch resistance, UV protection, and long-lasting durability.

Shipping

1.Β Can I track my order?

Of course, you can! You can enter your order or tracking number on the order tracking page in link we send you by email.Tracking order

2.Β When can I enjoy free shipping?

We provide free standard shipping on all eyeglasses orders. Orders over a certain amount qualify for a complimentary upgrade to express shipping.
All orders to Australia are shipped via UPS to ensure the fastest delivery. Orders over 235 AUD qualify for free UPS shipping.

3.Β How do you deal with shipment delays?

Sometimes, due to weather, customs inspections, aircraft malfunction etc., shipment delays can occur. Please don't worry, we will be responsible for any logistics issues and will not let our customers experience any loss.Β Under normal circumstances:Β If your order cannot be delivered within one month, we will re-make a new pair of glasses for you without any additional fees.

4.Β What does order status means?

Paid:Β Thanks for shopping with us! Your order is in our system but not in production yet.

Processing:Β Your order is in production, and they will be ready to ship soon!

Ship to forwarder:Β Good news! Your order already departed our production center and on the way to forwarder (Like USPS or UPS, etc).

Shipped:Β Your order already arrived at forwarder's logistic center and a tracking number will be created, be sure to check your email or tracking status on Tracking page.

5.Β How long does it take to make and ship the lenses?

Single vision lenses: 1–2 days to manufacture

Progressive lenses: 2–4 days

Shipping time:

Standard shipping: 6–10 business days

Expedited shipping: 4–6 business days

Prescription

1. How can I get my prescription?

You will need to go to glasses stores or make an appointment with your optometrist. They will give you a prescription after your eye examination.

2. What is PD and which option should I select?

Your PD is the distance between your pupils in millimeter. We need PD to make a perfect frame for your eyewear order.

Distance PD is used for general vision

Near PD is for close-up activities (we will adjust this automatically)

If your prescription lists one PD number β†’ select Single PD
If it lists two numbers (left & right) β†’ select Dual PD

3. How to measure my PD?

You can do it yourself or have someone measure it for you by using a mirror and a ruler.

Place a millimeter ruler directly under the center of your right or left pupil. Look straight ahead, and measure the distance from the center of your left pupil to your right pupil. Repeat for accuracy. Note that usually the PD is between 46 mm and 74 mm.

4. What is ADD on my prescription? Do I need progressive lenses?

ADD refers to the extra magnifying power for near vision (e.g., reading or using screens).

If your prescription includes ADD β†’ choose Progressive lenses

If your prescription does not include ADD β†’ choose Single Vision lenses

5. Can you make bifocal lenses?

Yes. Please choose the progressive lens option, upload your full prescription, and leave a note saying β€œBifocal lenses requested.”

6. Can you make prism lenses?

Yes. Prism lenses are normally an additional cost, but we can provide this for free.
Please upload your detailed prescription and note β€œPrism correction needed.”

7. What does lens index mean?

The lens index indicates thickness.
The higher the index, the thinner and lighter the lenses will be (e.g., 1.74 is thinner than 1.60).

8. My prescription is outside the options shown. Can you still make lenses for me?

Possibly yes. Please send your prescription to us and we’ll confirm feasibility.

9. Do you offer positive power (+SPH) / farsighted lenses?

The standard range does not include higher positive powers because it may affect the magnetic clip-on attachment.
However, if your prescription is not high, we can upgrade and adjust the lenses at no extra charge so the clip-on works properly.

Frame

1. Can I buy just frames?

Yes. Just click β€œNone prescription” options when you choose your lenses.

2. Can I put sunglass lenses in any frame I want?

Yes, we customize frames and lenses for you. Pick your frame first, then we can put sunglass lenses and light-adaptive lenses in your frame.

3. Do you offer a home try-on service?

We currently do not offer home try-ons, but you can use our online AR virtual try-on to preview how the glasses look on your face.

4. How can I know if the frame will fit me?

Compare the measurements of your current glasses with our frame size chart.
You can also use the virtual try-on feature for visual reference.

Payment

1. How do I pay?

We accept PayPal and major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB ...). Check with our customer service representative if you're still not sure.

2. Do you provide invoice?

Of course we can provide you with a detailed copy of invoice, so you may request reimbursement from your insurance company.

Store & Insurance

1. Do you have a physical store?

We operate online only.
You may use the virtual try-on to see how the glasses look on you.

2. Do you accept insurance?

Not directly at the moment. However, we can provide an itemized invoice, which you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
