Of course, you can! You can enter your order or tracking number on the order tracking page in link we send you by email.
We provide free standard shipping on all eyeglasses orders. Orders over a certain amount qualify for a complimentary upgrade to express shipping.
All orders to Australia are shipped via UPS to ensure the fastest delivery. Orders over 235 AUD qualify for free UPS shipping.
Sometimes, due to weather, customs inspections, aircraft malfunction etc., shipment delays can occur. Please don't worry, we will be responsible for any logistics issues and will not let our customers experience any loss. Under normal circumstances: If your order cannot be delivered within one month, we will re-make a new pair of glasses for you without any additional fees.
